The Forster & Andrews organ at St Paul's continues to be used to lead music in worship at the church, usually at least once each month and for special occassions including weddings and funerals.
When built, the organ was to be furnished with these stops:
Open Diapason
Stopped Diapason Dulciana Principal, and Flute (a 4' Flute in lieu of a 2' Piccolo considerd at first) Open Diapason
Gedact Gemshorn Oboe Pedal: Bourdon
The copy order letter pictured (right) requested that the instrument be built, delivered to Spalding station and put together for £240.
